History:  Mr. Arness said that she and Jim found this lunchbox and thermos in an antique shop.  She said when Jim saw it he commented to her about the excellent condition of the pair.  She said that is why he never signed the items because he said he didn't want to mess the condition of the items up if he "messed up his signature".
The Gunsmoke Lunchbox & Thermos in near mint condition are rare.  Mrs. Arness said she has a limited number left.
