Here is a 2 pack of rubber replacement diaphragms for the Central Pneumatic Industrial Air Filter Regulator Unit that is sold at Harbor Freight. The Harbor Freight item number is 68247. The rubber diaphragm that comes in the unit starts leaking because it cracks/splits after a certain amount of time, and you can hear the unit hissing air. Make sure you have the air supply closed to your regulator before attempting to change the diaphragm. The last picture shows what the unit that Harbor Freight sells looks like, make sure your unit looks like the one in the picture.  The last picture is for reference only-you will not be receiving a regulator unit, this listing is just for two replacement rubber diaphragms. What you see is what you will be receiving.
